Lights From the Shadows

Lights From the Shadows: My Electrical Story

Sometimes, your greatest purpose is found in your darkest struggle. I had no stable path—my schooling stopped halfway, my business collapsed, and I moved from job to job, desperately trying to find something real.

Then one rainy day, in a quiet neighborhood, I was called to help a woman who just moved into a house with serious electrical faults. The light flickered every time she turned on her fridge. The previous technician had connected all appliances to one circuit!

I calmly rewired the distribution board, separated the circuits, grounded the system, and made her home safe. She stood amazed, saying, “You’ve done more in two hours than others did in two weeks.”

That was the day I realized—I wasn’t just fixing wires. I was restoring peace. Today, I’m proud to be an electrician and a light-bringer.
